This 12-inch (finished size) block is a classic design credited to Nancy Cabot. She called it the Double Windmill in her 1936 Chicago Tribune column and attributed it to a Pennsylvania Dutch pattern pieced in Philadelphia as early as 1800. Please read all instructions before beginning.
