Omaha Modern Quilt Guild is happy to present "A Quilter's Journey" featuring Jean Kritenbrink from Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Jean has been a quilt instructor for over 10 years. She began designing her own quilting patterns so that she had new, fresh designs to help her students learn new techniques. She has extensive sewing knowledge and expertise in garment sewing as well.
Jean is the owner of QuiltinJeanie designs. She has been published in several quilting magazines and teaches quilting classes in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Publications include McCalls Quick Quilts: April/May 2013, April/May 2014, and June 2014 as well as McCalls America Loves Scrap Quilts Dec 2014.

Also at the meeting, we will be checking on your progress of your "Shades of Gray" projects, PHD lists, BOM with Kim, and don't forget your Pin cushions will need to be finished at the May meeting for the swap!! Our Charity quilt is back from QuiltCon and we will talk about the new Modern Guild fabric challenge.
