November Workshop Information

November Workshop Information 2024

Creative and Colorful Improv Piecing with Carolina Oneto

In this workshop the attendees will learn about color theory and how to use color to create a
transparency effect using color, shapes and fabrics. Then the attendees will make a mini quilt top, where they will design it from scratch to use the transparency effect. They will learn how to cut fabrics with complex shapes and how to sew these curved shapes by machine.

We are delighted to be hosting a improv piecing workshop by Carolina Oneto on Saturday, November 9th.  The workshop will run from 9-3:30 with a lunch break from 12-12:30.  It will be delivered by zoom to you in your own sewing space.  The cost of the workshop is $60 for members and $75 for non-members (plus $3.50 for fees if paying with PayPal).

Registration closes on and must be paid for by Monday, November 4th - the date of her lecture at our guild meeting.
